Holiday Inn Express London - Vauxhall Nine Elms, An Ihg Hotel

The staff at Holiday Inn Express was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided me with a power adapter and accommodated my late checkout. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Vauxhall station and nearby superstores. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite the noise from the streets, I had a quiet night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near the o2 Brixton Academy, making it a great choice for concert-goers. the room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom featured a spacious shower, and the staff was friendly and helpful overall. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a typical English breakfast. the hotel's location close to the river and with easy access to buses allowed for convenient exploration of the city's attractions.

The hotel staff can be unhelpful and refuse to accommodate parking requests, causing unnecessary discussions and delays upon arrival.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and spacious rooms to the comfortable beds and good showers. The location is perfect, especially for those visiting the US Embassy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are all in place, including a breakfast with a takeaway option and milk included.
